FREDERICK ALEXANDER JONES
Frederick Alexander Jones was born in Henderson, North Carolina. At 17 years of age, he joined the United States Army. At 18, he had scored approximately 20 consecutive first - round knockouts. He had, also, completed many months of training as a paratrooper (101st Airborne Division : Light Infantry).
In 1965, the Vietnam war began. His military boxing was discontinued. He became involved in infantry battles, for approximately 1 year.
In 1966, he was honorably discharged. He later, became a security guard at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Then, he was permanently assigned as a Security Officer of the United Nations. Then, he became a Special Officer for the New York City Department of Social Services, during the period of continuous rioting.
From 1970 to 1973, he did make dozens of corruption arrests for drug trafficing and corruption at the New York
City House of Detention for Men. He was the correction officer (shield number 1910) for whom no other officer appeared to trust. He was plainly the "apple" that was not "rotten".
His fellow officers had very repeatedly used false witnesses and other false evidence to cause his arrest and conviction, in order to remove him from the center of drug trafficing by other new york city correction officers. Fortunately, the District Attorney did know this. Consequently, the great experiences that Jones had in making massive arrests were used to arrest dozens of the most despicable public servants that one can possibly imagine. Indeed, if it were not for the aforesaid investigation, Correction Officer Frederick Alexander Jones may have been served the depraved travesty of a life sentence. Moreover, hideous government policies have suppressed these accomplishments, as well as the astonishing extent of government corruption.
On 29 October 1973, Jones became a new york city police officer (shield number 2491). He continued to make massive arrests. However, the influence of drug trafficers did result in furtive contacts with his family, government officials, and the massive networks of local government operatives. Records disclosed that the intentional and furtive use of false records had been used against him.
On15 January 1975, he was terminated. No reason had been given. It was assumed that he had associated with a White prostitute, and perhaps more. The dastardly intrigues of countless paid goverment informants had been unable to manufacture more.
On 11 January 1988, Judge Harold Jay Rothwax did irrefutably give to the regional crime boss a gift for her 50th birthday : the head of a former new york city police officer (Frederick Alexander Jones). Indeed, without any credible evidence and while willfully denying the protections of so many constitutional rights, Rothwax sentenced Jones to an outrageous 25 years of hideous total custody. Holms, the regional crime boss, had so repeatedly ordered Jones to leave her neighborhood. Again, no one related to the massive drug trafficing operation there had ever completely trusted him. The case is notorious. See, Indictment Number : 6804. 84, New York County.
However, unlike the time when he was a correction officer, he was no longer an officer. Moreover, the District Attorney did not reveal an ongoing investigation of government corruption.
Thousands of extraordinarily prejudicial and plainly inadmissable documents had been used in the deliberation room against Jones (the defendant) just before the recorded trial. The jurors were made to participate in a lynching, before the trial even began.
Judge Rothwax thoroughly demonized the defendant. Then, he unlawfully suppressed it.
In addition, the crucial witness, Gloria Rivera (a.k.a. Gloria Rivelli, 201 West 89th Street, Apt. 2C, New York, N.Y. 10024) recanted her entire story (including her Grand Jury testimony) under oath and before the jurors.
This testimony had also been unlawfully suppressed by Judge Harold Jay Rothwax.
Nevertheless, Gloria had repeatedly told the defendant how the police had been using her to manufacture evidence against him. She had been participating in depraved government intrigues to manufacture false evidence against the defendant. Indeed, she and the jurors can still reveal the extent of the depraved and dasdardly corruption used in this trial.
The above dastardy crimes also included the conspiracy of court officers under the color of law. See, the criminal civil rights laws (18 U.S.C. 241,242). See, http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/241.html ;
