The willfull deprivation of Constitutional rights had occurred .  It included the following :  procedural due process, due process , and the equal protection of the laws. Such deprivations also include first amendment rights, fifth amendment rights, sixth amendment rights, thirteenth amendment rights, fourteenth amendment rights, and fifthteenth amendment rights .  The aforesaid criminal civil rights laws, despite their many decades of notorious disuse, remain the only laws that enforce the gravely important rights that are protected by the United States Constitution and federal laws.
